Job Description

Are you smart? And slightly insane?

We are on an exciting journey, which started 21+ years ago, that has grown Marketing Architects into one of the largest independent advertising agencies in the United States. We’re a group of hands-on marketing misfits challenging the typical ideas of direct response and brand marketing. We invest our own money in our clients because we’re that confident in the strategies our employees implement. Whether we’re geeking out over analytics or brainstorming strategy, we always have fun in putting our clients first. Through the power of teamwork and caffeine, we collaborate on projects across departments in order to deliver work of which we’re proud. You’ll be part of a real team that respects and supports each other, and you’ll know your team has your back.

Marketing Analyst:

As a Marketing Analyst you will have the opportunity to not only grow analytically through daily exposure to big data, but will also be challenged to develop as a marketer through delivering insights. Are you ready for an opportunity to tell stories with data that drive multi-million dollar advertising decisions?

Our analytics team works both individually and collaboratively on projects and we thrive off of bouncing ideas off of each other. We are maniacal about solving problems, getting to the right answer and finding new insights that lead to marketing growth. We need an individual who calls themselves a math or statistics geek, but is also practical and driven to find insights through data.  You must have a savvy intuition and a desire to apply data to make things happen. You must be humble, hungry and smart to be confident in what you know and curious enough to ask about what you don’t know.

You will be trained to become an expert in the intricacies of our business and will adopt a hands-on approach to managing and analyzing campaigns from product pricing, media selection, ad performance, sales funnel metrics and overall campaign profitability to everything in between. We are looking for someone who will contribute to strategic thought and will be excited by the opportunity to lead projects.

This is an entry/intermediate level position, but one with huge responsibility and rewards for success. You will make a difference every day and become a savvy marketing analyst without limits to either your skill set or your potential. We have high expectations, but the reward of seeing your ideas, recommendations and insights applied across our business are invaluable.

  • Degrees Preferred: Business, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing, Mathematics, Psychology and Statistics.
  • 0-5 years of analytical experience.

  • Obsession for details and organization.
  • Confident in dialogue and able to debate data discovery insights.
  • The ability to make the complex simple and explain data through stories.
